SHARE THE FRIEND DAY - "...meaning The Friend Magazine. All of the activities were chosen from the Friend Magazine. We even found a cute father's day item for the children to make ahead and to pass out at the end of Sacrament meeting on Father's day. (bow tie made from colored napkins) We made fruit pizza from the March 98 issue, and told stories of real children in Primaries all over the world. The children then drew a picture to submit for "our creative friends". We had the trace their hands and color them, then add their name and age on a long strip of paper. This paper will be sent to another Primary in England where our ward had a missionary. The children are looking forward to hearing from these new "friends." If the children are not receiving the magazine, we provided subscription form for their optional use." JULI, CALIFORNIA
